Full page caching which is custom configured for your WP Install, we cache 98% of pages in memory which provides the fastest possible page load, delivering the first byte in under 40ms in most cases. The end result is a perceieved instant page load for your visitor, with no loading lag or delay when browsing.
Want to know how it works? WordPress can be slow, so when a page is visited, it can take some time for the server’s CPU to process all of the code for the plugins and theme. This causes a noticeable delay in the page loading and uses a lot of CPU power.
In our platform, when your page is visited for the first time, we’ll deliver it to the user and store a snapshot of that page in our platform’s cache. When a new visitor comes along, we’ll serve that page out of the cache within milliseconds.
For user specific pages such as shopping carts and checkouts it automatically ignores the cache.
When we deploy your installation we check the performance and custom configure the cache to ensure optimal performance for your site’s requirements.
Overseen by your account manager, we’ll migrate your WordPress installation to our platform quickly and effortlessly. We can schedule the migration at a time to suit you and can offer same business day migrations if you’re in a rush.
Migrations are performed by our experienced engineers and each migration is handled manually to ensure it goes smoothly. Your account manager will keep you updated with the progress, and liaise with when needed.
If you prefer, we can do a test migration and get your website setup on our platform so you can test it first, before we make the live switch.

Each WordPress installation includes a staging and development environment. This is ideal for testing changes, or developing your site on the server without affecting the live site that your visitors see.
You can clone your WordPress installation with a couple of clicks to a new environment and make changes as needed. Once you’re happy you can then ‘promote’ the environment to live. This happens seamlessly for your users with no downtime.

The system will backup your WordPress installation, including the code, the content and the database on a daily basis. We take file level backups meaning you can restore specific files, folders or databases with a few clicks.
Restore points are kept on 7 daily and 4 weekly basis, meaning you have plenty of history should you need it.
