To change your main domain name is free of charge once you have purchased your new domain name (if you didn’t purchase it through us, then please make sure you have pointed the name servers to our name servers).

1 Log into your ‘Client Area‘.

2 Go to ‘Open Ticket‘ from the top menu.

3 Enter in the details regarding your request for changing the main domain (including the new main domain) and submit the support ticket by pressing ‘Submit‘.
Once customer services have received your request, this will be completed as soon as possible.

Information If you are changing your main domain name, all of your login details will remain the same.
