You can cancel your domain name at any stage by disabling the automatic renewal option in the ‘Client Area‘. This will mean that the domain will not renew when due.
1 Log into your ‘Client Area‘.
2 Go to ‘Domains‘ from the top menu followed by ‘My Domains‘.
3 Click on the ‘Downwards Arrow‘ button to the right hand side of the domain you wish to cancel, and select ‘Auto Renewal Status
4 Click onto ‘Disable Auto Renew‘ to complete the process.
